REMEMBER
It will be early autumn in Vermont. That could mean boiling hot sunny days and freezing nights, or rain, wind, snow, sleet, hail, thunderstorms, tornadoes, quicksand, etc.… Bring some layers, and especially bring extra warm clothes to sleep in and to put on at the end of the night.
WHAT NOT TO WEAR?
Let’s steer clear of blue jeans (yeehaw), and ladies probably shouldn’t wear any white dresses (unless they want to get some dirty looks from the bride). There is a basketball court, so bring your shoes and shorts, and let’s get some 5-on-5 going.
FOOD CONSIDERATIONS, RESTRICTIONS & ALLERGENS
For the arrival BBQ on Friday, we will be serving hot dogs, veggie dogs, corn, salads, and potato chips. For breakfast on Saturday & Sunday, we will have eggs, toast, jam, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, and milk /oat milk. For our main dinner, we will be serving plenty of vegan/gluten-free/dairy-free options, chicken, tofu, potatoes, salads, and dips.
PLEASE NOTE
There are severe nut, gluten, and dairy allergies. No nuts will be used in any of the food. There will also be many vegetarians & vegans. All foods with meat, dairy, or gluten will be clearly marked.
If you have any allergies not listed above, please email us ASAP so we can ensure plenty of food is available for you.
